A sedentary lifestyle is a type of lifestyle in which a single human being does not get proper amounts of physical activity and exercise. After addition of one more thing our average weekely work is longer. European countries now work 42 hours per week 162 more hours per year than 18 years ago, that's why they included excercise as necessary part their in daily life to get rid of sedentary lifestyles which causes many dangerous deseases.

It is very simple by repalcing your office or work chair for a treadmill desk or bike desk a few hours in your daily, Also add healthy activities in your life as it is very necessary part of today's life.
